anticipation and urgency for its Black Friday Sale, The Diamond Store partnered with Adestra to produce dynamic
email marketing content, to drive engagement and lead ultimately to a higher number of conversions during this busy shopping period. By incorporating a live countdown into its email campaign, The Diamond Store saw an uplift of 171 per cent on click-to-open rate, and 400 per cent higher conversion rate.

To launch Hive’s newest Active Light product, it partnered with ideas
agency Yes&Pepper to appeal to existing and new customers, demonstrating how the product slotted seamlessly into smart homes. Developing a core message of ‘the light bulb moment you’ve been waiting for’, a launch email, direct marketing, and retargeting campaign was launched. It became the leading website message, and exceeded the brand’s initial targets by generating a click through rate of 8.51 per cent, and a sales conversion of 7.5 per cent.
