DESIGN & BUILD

Agency: Reckless Brand: Bateaux London

Bateaux London is the capital’s

leading dining cruise experience on the River Thames,

providing public and private charter restaurant and

sightseeing cruises. The old website did little to convey the quality of the Bateaux London dining

experience. Analytics and key metrics also revealed a number of pain points which

were costing Bateaux in terms of both revenue and customer

engagement. Reckless have

migrated Bateaux to Drupal 8 and are constantly driving

higher levels of traffi c and conversion. Within 10 days of launch Bateaux

London enjoyed a 400 per cent increase in the number of mobile transactions, a 219 per cent increase in the e-commerce

conversion rate and a 60 per cent increase in the number of

users interacting with the site all on mobile devices.
