grow market share without increasing average cost. By the end of the project, sales had increased by 46,449 units with an additional 16 per cent uplift in revenue. BT Group’s market share was up eight per cent, and BT’s social media presence increased significantly—a total of 4,067,981 were reached on Facebook and 23,865 on Twitter.

relationship management footprint after a period of stagnant growth. After analysing data to segment the customer database, personalised emails were sent to 1.1 million targeted profiles directing people to a microsite. More than 20,000 click-throughs were generated, with a 25 per cent registration rate, resulting in 7,700 people signing up. This ensured Huggies built solid customer relationships and brand loyalty, whilst reinforcing the brand’s strong reputation.
