SOCIAL MEDIA TRAFFIC

Brand: Towergate Insurance Agency: Builtvisible

Towergate Insurance, the largest independently-owned insurance intermediary

in Europe, wanted to rebuild their organic presence after a manual link penalty. Builtvisible worked with them to rebuild and create growth. They researched, formed and executed a content strategy led by at-scale social data. This generated links and media coverage, drove growth in the domain authority and increased overall organic visibility.

Brand: BearingPoint Agency: Anicca Digital

BearingPoint, a leading global business consulting firm, wanted to find out why the majority of 27 regional sites were not generating traffic through organic listings. They also wanted to upskill their regional teams on content optimisation. Anicca Digital carried out audits of each website, mapping the poor performing sites against their stronger counterparts, allowing them to ascertain gaps. They created an optimisation blueprint for the regional teams outlining how to optimise case studies and blog posts, part of a range of training materials hosted on an online training portal. Anicca’s findings and recommendations now allow the brand to compete at an international scale, and regional teams are able to access brand-approved training materials at their convenience. figarodigital.co.uk/case-study/ bearing-point.aspx

Brand: Allianz UK Agency: Gravity Thinking

Allianz are a global insurance brand with impressive sports

sponsorships but low brand equity in the UK. One of their main sponsorships is with Saracens Rugby Club, who have a host of stars and an impressive stadium at Allianz Park. They needed a solution for reaching the key rugby audience and telling their brand story. Following Gravity Thinking’s successful

#SchoolRunStories campaign for Allianz, the agency created #SchoolRunHero—partnering with rugby star Owen Farrell to create the ultimate school run for two Saracens fans. Through social exposure, 1.5 million people were reached, resulting in over 260,000 views across three films. Eighty-five thousand people engaged with the videos, prompting 3,600 social actions. figarodigital.co.uk/case- study/allianz-uk.aspx

Brand: ILX Group Agency: Absolute Digital Media

A global leader in PRINCE2 training, ILX Group provide project management courses

for individuals and organisations. As well as SEO, PPC and website design and build, they were interested in Absolute Digital Media’s social media services for their PRINCE2.com website. Rather than increasing their number of followers, likes or shares, ILX Group’s objective for their social media marketing was to drive traffic to their website. Producing eye-catching banners for special offers and creating blogs and articles increased the number of sessions across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.

Brand: Musement Agency: Barracuda Digital

Musement, a booking service

for tourist travel activities, is a young company competing with established sites in the travel market. The brand’s site had little in the way of SEO equity, so engaged Barracuda Digital to improve their SEO traffic. They constructed a fully- responsive interactive

map of the world, showcasing over 1,700 film locations for more than 400 of the most iconic films ever made. The piece works in seven languages. Outreach secured coverage and backlinks, and a Facebook ad

campaign further built an audience for the map. The piece generated a 215 per cent rise in traffic.
