shopping game for Cambridge English, a department of the University of Cambridge. Drawing on gamification techniques, ‘Shop and Drop’ helps international children improve their English language skills through a familiar shopping scenario. Adapting across browsers and devices, it was developed for a diverse audience: delighting parents and children across nine countries. A tailored landing page was designed, supporting Cambridge English’s international promotion strategy.

their customers at the forefront of their reinvented digital experience. Using intensive lab testing and mystery shopper research, Tangent Snowball identified the highlights and weak points in the current experience, and used rapid prototyping and user testing to deliver an innovative responsive web experience. Pre-launch testing showed an uplift in positive brand associations, with 83 per cent of users rating their confidence in navigating the site as ‘high’ or ‘very high’. Since launch, there’s been an uplift in click-to-lead of over 10 per cent.
