planning for the opening and preparing to assemble the team that will run what is set to become a landmark hotel for the region. Early preview images offer a first look inside some of the bedrooms, while prospective guests can register through the hotel website to receive booking updates. Andy Lewis, Sales and Marketing
Director at Premier Marinas, said: “We are making strong progress towards completing the next phase of Noss on Dart. The hotel, apartments and surrounding spaces are all important parts of the wider vision for the site, and we are looking forward to unveiling the finished development next year. “There is already a great deal of
interest in what is being created here. By launching the hotel and apartments in spring 2027, we will be able to present the buildings alongside the completed public areas and landscaping, providing the experience and setting that this exceptional location deserves.”

Land & Sea has recently joined the marina, offering new boat sales, charters, trips and a boat club. Sunseeker has also established a presence at Noss, adding another internationally recognised name to the range of marine specialists operating from the site. Travel between the marina,
Dartmouth and Kingswear has become easier too, following the introduction of the new passenger ferry, Noragh Philip of Noss. The dedicated service operates directly

STRENGTHENING PREMIER’S PRESENCE ON THE DART These developments come during an exciting period for Premier Marinas on the River Dart. Earlier this year, Premier acquired
the Dart Marina Group, comprising Dart Marina, Dart Marina Hotel and the Dartmouth Higher Ferry. The marina has since joined the network as Premier Dartmouth Marina, complementing Premier’s existing presence at Noss on Dart. The two sites also share a connection through their historic association with the Philip & Son shipyard. Andy added: “Both Noss and
Dartmouth Marina have their own character and strengths, but together they underline our long- term commitment to the River Dart. We are proud to be investing in the area and supporting the continued success of its maritime and visitor economy.”
