Holly Alfano, CEO, ILMA Holly Alfano has more than 20 years of experience representing the petroleum industry and liaising with regulatory agencies. As CEO of ILMA Holly Alfano represents more than a quarter of the automotive lubricant manufacturers and three-quarters of metalworking fluid companies in North America.


Trevor Russell, CEO, Infineum Joining Exxon in 1980, Trevor Russell worked in various positions in the company, and eventually attaining a Vice-Presidential position in the then-newly formed Infineum (funded as a joint venture between ExxonMobil and Shell) in 1999. In 2016, Trevor Russell was appointed CEO of Infineum.


Jacquie Berryman, Industry Liaison Adviser, Infineum


Jacquie Berryman began her career at Infineum in 1999 as a technologist in lubricant development technical service group. Now in her Industry Liaison role she represents Infineum in several Industry committees, is Vice President of the Additive Technical Committee (ATC) and Vice-President of ATC’s Representational Steering Group.


Milind Phadke, Vice President, Energy, Kline Based in Kline’s India office, Milind Phadke brings over 15 years’ worth of experience in the petrochemical industry to his role as Vice-President of Kline’s Energy practice, managing market research and reports on lubricants and other downstream products.


Eric Schnur, CEO, Lubrizol Joining Lubrizol in 1987 as a student, and was hired full time in 1989 as a development engineer in the R&D division, Eric Schnur has held a variety of positions across numerous product lines within Lubrizol, before being appointed to President and CEO of the corporation in 2017.


Alison Fisher, General Manager, Lubrizol


Joining Lubrizol in 2001 as an experienced chemist, Alison Fisher moved through the ranks of the company and in 2016 transitioned


into Global Account management. Alison Fisher now leads the Sales Organisation in numerous territories as well as holding the title of General Manager of Lubrizol Ltd.


Mike McCabe, Global Marketing Director, Lubrizol A marketing professional and business leader with almost 30 years’ worth of experience, Mike McCabe is the Global Marketing Director for Lubrizol; spearheading initiatives in order to facilitate Lubrizol’s business across the globe.


Jan Ward, Chairman, Millers Oils Ltd Founding Corrotherm International – a supplier of high-grade metals to the oil, gas and desalination markets – in 1992, Jan Ward has since been awarded a CBE, is a former Institute of Directors’ Global Director of the Year, and currently is the Chair of both the Energy & Utility Skills Group and Millers Oils.


David Hopkinson, Chief Executive, Multisol With over 20 years of experience in the lubricants industry, David is the Group CEO of Multisol, a global business and market leader in the formulation, blending and distribution of high value fuel and lubricant additives, base oils and speciality chemicals as well as being the incumbent President of the UKLA.
