The theme of the Business Travel Show is conscious travel management, which will focus on traveller health as well as ethically and socially responsible travel. The debate will attempt to answer the question: Is it time to introduce an ethical travel programme?


Other topics for discussion will include distribution, data, technology, risk and supplier management, alternative accommodation, as well as a brand new session that will ask buyers, “What’s the biggest waste of time about managed travel?” The Business Travel Innovation Faceoff will kickstart both days of the show. An audience of buyers will hear eight presentations of cutting-edge products, technologies and services. Two winners will be selected; one by the judges and one by the buyers.
