I use a gas hob. I feel it gives me more control than induction, especially when it comes to Indian cooking. Slowly roasting spices is essential.


The oven capacity is brilliant for large family gatherings. This year I hosted family for an iftar meal and was able to cook four large trays of chicken drumsticks and chicken wings together and the oven coped brilliantly. It cooked everything evenly and without me having to alternate trays from the top to the bottom.
