Different Uniform. Same Standard.

rapidly changing visibility can complicate landing-zone decisions. Loft Dynamics is developing scenery based on Pathfinder’s real-world

heli-ski operating areas in

the Chugach Mountains, including the Valdez/Thompson Pass region and north Cordova, allowing pilots to familiarize themselves with local terrain and landing sites before flying those missions.

The simulator will initially support Pathfinder’s internal pilot group.

For many at Summit Aviation, military service shaped the values they bring to work every day. The uniform may be different today, but the mindset remains the same. We’re one team, with one goal: delivering when it matters most.

Focused on trust. Driven by precision.

Pathfinder plans to integrate it into recurrent and seasonal training, and as local demand develops, make it available to other helicopter operators and pilots in the region.

The Anchorage installation builds on Loft Dynamics’ work with operators including Air Greenland and Helitrans Norge, bringing aircraft-specific training closer to pilots in places where distance, weather and geography can make frequent

training harder to access.

Pathfinder plans to pursue FAA Level 7 flight training device qualification for the simulator. It will use the device for proficiency and mission training before qualification. Once qualified, Pathfinder would plan to incorporate available FAA training credits into its formal training programs.

The annual, historic depreciation rate for a super mid-size aircraft adjusted for 2% annual inflation. However, the annualized inflation rate was 4.27% over the last five years. This changes the real depreciation rate from 5.8% to 3.53%. What this means is that aircraft in terms of inflation- adjusted numbers are not depreciating at their historic values, according to Hawkeye Aircraft Acquisitions.
