EO flexible chamber sterilisers
Andersen Products says the EO flexible chamber sterilisers offer the most gas efficient process on the market today. A range of systems are available for human healthcare, industrial and veterinary applications. FDA cleared and ISO approved, when installed with an Andersen emissions abator the high efficiency systems produce effectively zero emissions to the environment. The company believes disinfection is no longer good enough and advises to sterilise endoscopes with EtO using the next-generation EOGas 4. Flexible chamber technology is designed to provide the assurance of EtO sterilisation in a tabletop package, using only 17.5 grams of gas per cycle. EOGas sterilises without a vacuum or steam injection cycle. The EOGas 4 steriliser is said to provide the reliability of 100% ethylene oxide sterilisation in an easy-to-install tabletop package.
The abator system vents from the steriliser to the abator which is vented to the outside of the building for extra safety.

Powered by an advanced nickel-metal hydride rechargeable battery, the trolley can cover a distance of 22 kilometres on a single charge. For ease of operation, some QA3 models also now offer powered functions - raising and lowering the trolley itself, and the backrest. There is also a CPR button which, when depressed, will automatically return the trolley to a horizontal, optimal height position for CPR treatment.
