KraussMaffei rolls out new financing option


German machine manufac- turer KraussMaffei has officially launched its FlexPay OPEX (operational expendi- tures) financing option. Delivered in partnership with Austrian pay-per-use leasing specialist Linxfour, the move follows a one-year pilot program with key selected customers and covers moulding machines and robots. The company said that usually it is necessary for a processor to invest large amounts in new systems which ties up a moulder’s capital, but its new financing option makes it possible to pay only for the actual production hours.
