company’s proven machine technology and sets new standards for medium-tonnage solutions. Featuring a servo motor hydraulic system, the M-Series’ versatility and performance serve to meet the demanding needs of global industries from automotive and construction to housewares and furniture, says Milacron. The servo-hydraulic two-platen machines are available with clamping forces from 4,500 to 11,000 kN. On its Fakuma stand an M650-6610 machine with a screw diam- eter of 110 mm will be on display in practical use. With tooling from Allit, the machine will produce a storage container with a shot weight of 935 g. Two additional Milacron machines will be on
display at partner company stands. For connector production, Milacron will showcase the all-electric eQ50-300 at the GeKu (Hahn Automation) stand. The all-electric eQ 110 will be on display at the Sepro Robotique stand.

compact dryer
Moretto will have more than 40 machines on display at its Fakuma stand, representing all product lines, from conveying to drying, from dosing to granulation, from temperature control and cooling to storage. Among the machines on display, X Comb is Moretto’s compact dryer suitable for treating small quantities of highly hygroscopic technical polymers. The company calls it a “highly energy-efficient product that is the ideal solution for production-intensive sectors such as medical, optics and electronics”. The Italian company is also
exhibiting: the OTX (Original Thermal eXchanger) drying hopper; Moisture Meter which provides the operator with the moisture value of the plastic granule after drying; the DGM Gravix 20 gravimetric batch dosing unit developed specifi- cally for high-precision dosing of small percentages of material; and Silcontrol, a system designed

Netstal’s stand will make the most of newly launched branding for the Swiss machinery group, which now operates independently of KraussMaffei Group. Renzo Davatz, CEO of Netstal and member of the executive management team of KraussMaf- fei, says: “Anyone who chooses Netstal receives not only leading injection moulding technology of the highest Swiss quality but also a reliable partnership at eye level. In this context, increasing the produc- tion efficiency of our customers is always the highest goal.” The rebranding includes a refreshed corporate logo and design features which are also applied to the current machine portfolio. The dominant colours of the covers are dark blue and white. Three-dimensional logos in chrome steel look emphasize the high quality and independence of Netstal machines, it says. Netstal’s Fakuma stand will also reflect corporate
values. For example, the structural implementation of the new booth follows the philosophy of reuse, recycle and replace with many specific elements that will be reused at future fairs and the recycling of materials that can only be used once.
