FRUIT ICE POPS These bright pops are not only beautiful to look


at, but tasty (and good for you) as well.

1 kiwi 1 plum 1 nectarine (or peach) ¼ cup raspberries


¼ cup blueberries ¼ cup blackberries 1¼ cups apple juice


STEP 1 Peel and cut the kiwi into thin slices. Halve the plum and nectarine, remove the stone and cut the flesh into thin wedges. STEP 2 Divide all fruit among popsicle molds and top with juice. Leave to freeze 7 hours or overnight.
