Tomato surplus?

– MAKE A SAVORY JAM Stew leftover tomatoes in a pot for 40 min. with a sprinkle of sugar and balsamic vinegar. Use as a tasty spread for grilled toast or serve over grilled fish or chicken. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
