SMOKED TURKEY, MOZZARELLA,


AND CHERRY BAGUETTES Sweet and tart cherries are a wonderful match for deli turkey in this quick and seasonal sandwich.

½ (8 oz) pkg mozzarella 1 (13 oz) pkg baguette 8 leaves butter lettuce


½ lb deli turkey breast slices ½ cup pitted cherries 2 tbsp fresh basil


STEP 1 Tear the mozzarella into pieces. Halve the baguette lengthwise and divide the lettuce, turkey breast, mozzarella, and cherries evenly among the bottom halves of the baguette. STEP 2 Garnish with basil leaves and sprinkle with pepper. Place the top of the bread on, cut into 4 pieces and serve.
