1 cup packed Nature’s Promise® Organic Fresh Spinach 1 cup frozen pineapple and/or mango ¾ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt ½ cup chopped cucumber and/or celery ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp grated ginger (optional) 2–3 ice cubes ½ cup protein granola ½ cup mixed berries 1 tbsp unsweetened flaked coconut 2 tbsp Nature’s Promise® Chia Seeds
STEP 1 In a blender, combine the spinach, pineapple or mango, yogurt, cucumber or celery, almond milk, ginger (if using), and ice cubes. Blend 1–2 min., until smooth. Divide between 2 bowls. STEP 2 Top with the granola, berries, coconut, and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
