2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped 1 (1-inch) chunk fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
3 cups store- bought orange juice 2 lemons ¼ cup honey ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 2 tsp turmeric
STEP 1 To a blender, add the carrots and ginger. Pulse to purée. Add the orange juice, juice from lemons, honey, cayenne, and turmeric. Blend until smooth and fully combined. STEP 2 Pour mixture into a 4 oz glass for serving. Refrigerate remaining juice to drink throughout the week.
TIP Juice will get spicier the longer it’s refrigerated.
