JALAPEÑO POPPER PIGS IN A BLANKET

16 fresh medium jalapeños ½ (8 oz) pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided ¼ cup chopped green onions


1 tsp garlic powder 1 (14 oz) pkg mini cocktail links 2 (8 oz) pkgs refrigerated crescent dough sheets 1 large egg


STEP 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with parchment. Halve the jalapeños lengthwise and remove seeds. Arrange cut-side up on prepared baking sheets. STEP 2 In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, 1 cup Cheddar, green onions, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper. Divide cream cheese mixture among jalapeño halves. Press 1 cocktail link into cream cheese mixture of each jalapeño. STEP 3 Unroll 1 dough sheet and cut into 8 strips, then cut in half to make 16 strips. Repeat with second dough sheet for 32 strips total. Wrap each jalapeño half with 1 piece dough, pinching to seal seam. Place seam-side down on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining links and dough strips, spacing about ½ inch apart. STEP 4 In a small bowl, beat the egg until smooth. Brush egg over tops of dough. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup Cheddar on top. Bake 20–25 min., until crescent dough is golden brown.

¹/³ cup honey 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp hot sauce, plus more to taste


1 tsp smoked paprika 1 (11 oz) pkg Hawaiian slider rolls Green leaf lettuce, to serve Bread and butter pickle chips, to serve


STEP 1 Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray basket with the cooking spray. Working in batches, arrange the chicken in an even layer. Cook 7–8 min., until chicken is browned, shaking basket halfway through. STEP 2 In a large bowl, combine the honey, oil, hot sauce, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Taste, adding more hot sauce, if desired. Toss cooked chicken tenders in hot honey mixture. Immediately transfer hot honey chicken onto slider rolls and top with the lettuce and pickle chips. Serve immediately.

4 cups store- bought prepared mac and cheese 1½ tbsp buffalo sauce or sriracha ¼ cup flour 4 large eggs 2 tbsp milk


4 cups cheese crackers, finely crushed 4 cups panko bread crumbs Cooking spray Ketchup and ranch dressing, to serve (optional)


STEP 1 In a large bowl, mix the mac and cheese, buffalo sauce, and flour until just combined. Scoop mac and cheese into 2-tbsp portions, then roll into balls, or use a 2-tbsp cookie scoop. Transfer to a baking sheet or platter and freeze until just firm, about 15–20 min. STEP 2 In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk to combine. Season with salt and pepper. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the cheese crackers and panko bread crumbs. Working in batches, dip mac and cheese balls fully in egg mixture, letting excess drip back into bowl. Transfer to panko mixture and shake bag to coat balls. Transfer to baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 15–20 min. STEP 3 Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Lightly grease air fryer basket with the cooking spray. In batches, add mac and cheese bites in a single layer, and cook 8–10 min., until balls are lightly browned. Serve with the ketchup and ranch dressing for dipping, if desired.
