MAC AND CHEESE CASSEROLE This baked pasta dish is packed with veggies and cheese. It’s perfect for lazy nights at home.

8 oz elbow macaroni 1 (10 oz) pkg fresh broccoli florets 2 tbsp olive oil 1 cup diced onion 3 cups sliced mushroom


4 oz sliced ham ¾ cup ketchup 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


STEP 1 Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cook the macaroni according to package directions until al dente, drain and set aside. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook broccoli for 2 min. and drain. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the onion and mushrooms, 4 min. Meanwhile, cut the ham into pieces. STEP 2 Mix the ham, ketchup, pasta and broccoli with the onion and mushrooms and stir in the baking dish with the Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake for about 15 min. in the middle of the oven.
