SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS If you have homemade meatballs, use them
instead in this classic spaghetti dish.
PREP TIME 15 MIN.–COOK TIME 30 MIN. READY IN 45 MIN. – SERVINGS 4
1 (16 oz) pkg Nature’s Promise Italian-style meatballs, frozen 1 (28 oz) can Nature’s Promise tomatoes crushed with basil 1 clove garlic
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 8 oz spaghetti ¼ cup Parmesan 1 bunch fresh basil
STEP 1 Cook the meatballs according to package directions. Heat the tomatoes in a sauce pan. Finely dice and add the garlic. Add the balsamic and bring to a boil. Add the meatballs and reduce to a simmer. STEP 2 Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti according to package directions until al dente (slightly undercooked). Drain the spaghetti and toss with meatball sauce. Serve with Parmesan and basil.
