This is where the new PLC product range from DIS- PLAY VISIONS comes in. The focus of this small con- troller is clearly on the brilliant
“Satellite Displays,” which com- municate directly with the core — via RS-485, LAN or WiFi/WLAN. All process param- eters are automatically synchro- nized with one another. This means that e.g. one display can visualize the most important data in any desired location for monitoring, while another dis- play in turn permits inputs for various parameters. A third display can be used, for example, just to switch one process on and off, compactly in the form of a 1.5 in. (38 mm) display.
