Delivering in-depth and detailed portfolio information including: updates, electronic exchange of orders, proactive reporting and data transfer/ information sharing of lifts and escalator service, maintenance and repairs.
LiftWatch takes an innovative approach to delivering secure information and updates to clients, available on any device at any time – encompassing both small and large contract portfolios.
The programme uses a colourful interface using a red, amber and green traffic light system for instant identification of planned and preventative lift maintenance progress, which has been designed for supreme accessibility, simplicity and instant reporting.
Data available via Liftwatch includes:
• A comprehensive ‘on the move’ day to day view of lift portfolio status
• Instant updates on engineer dispatch, on-site arrival times and
specific work carried out
• An interactive calendar tool to view work on selected dates • Downloadable call out reports within chosen time periods
• Automatic alerts for ‘problematic lifts,’ with repeated faults – to dispatch technical experts
• LOLER status, supplementary tests • Complete condition/site safety reports, with supporting photos • Electronic technical detail sheets to capture key information QR Coding on Lift Equipment
Apex Lifts has recently developed and launched a QR code system of which allows clients to scan and access an instant overview of the key intel surrounding the lift equipment and its performance. The process involves the printing and provision of a QR coded sticker of which will be placed on a lift control panel. Once scanned and through utilising LiftWatch, live data surrounding the specific lift the QR code is designed for will be accessible from any mobile/tablet device.
