Shine Catering Systems offers an end-to-end solution for design and build of catering facilities, spanning concept and design, project management, manufacturing/fabrication, installation and aftercare.
Working closely with architects, specifiers and direct with catering organisations, Shine’s design service starts with a comprehensive design questionnaire, gathering all the information needed help design a tailored kitchen facility for that specific venue. This survey covers all aspects of food (including the type of cooking and delivery options), mechanical and electrical requirements (ventilation, gas, electric) and other services, waste provision and building sustainability targets. This includes the building layout and design, to ensure that the facility is designed optimally to maximise flow and throughout, from deliveries to service.

Operating since 1974, Shine Catering Systems is a family business offering an end-to-end solution for the design and installation of catering facilities. This includes concept and design, project management, manufacturing/fabrication, installation and aftercare for kitchens and front of house, as well as interior design, shopfitting and furniture across catering outlets.
Once all information has been gathered, Shine’s specialist team takes every consideration into account to design a viable, effective and efficient kitchen and/or front of house facility. All projects are BIM-ready and Shine uses longstanding relationships with key manufacturers to provide equipment solutions tailored to the individual project demands of each client.
Once designs are agreed, Shine’s project team coordinates the supply, manufacture and installation of facilities to all agreed specifications.
