For clients, data is used to provide transparency which allows us to deliver a flexible service tailored to the needs of the individual clients. Through the use of our Infogrid platform, clients are able to access live information on footfall within specific areas of their buildings. In conjunction with our ECAT platform, which provides clients with real time proof of attendance as well as quality audits, it also allows us the information we need to establish a proactive and dynamic cleaning solution.
Operational and management teams are able to access all of their information and documentation, wherever they are, via multiple platforms. Managers are also able to share information with their teams and upload internal job opportunities, making communication more streamlined across the company.

Building a sense of community for employees was important to us, as well as demonstrating how we are going the extra mile to support them.
