Three years in the making, Velo is the latest addition to Pacvac’s backpack vacuum cleaner product range.
With an NPS score of 81 (how likely a customer would recommend a brand), Pacvac is well regarded for its customer service and building relationships with their commercial clients and domestic customers.
In so doing they’ve curated decades of feedback from cleaning professionals which formed the foundation upon which Velo was built, making it truly a machine with a user- centric focus; amongst the first machines of its kind.
The result is a powerful backpack vacuum cleaner featuring the latest in cordless technology, and giving users complete freedom to clean without the restraint of a cord.
Designed small enough to spot clean and strong enough to fulfill whole cleaning tasks, Velo replaces both commercial and domestic needs for multiple, single-purpose machines.
The release of Velo also saw Pacvac take its first few steps on their sustainability journey, having been designed using only recyclable plastics, and 28% less plastic than any other machine in Pacvac’s range.
Pacvac designed Velo using long-lasting, high quality and affordable materials from all over the globe to ensure longevity, and so that users replace parts, not products. This way they can minimise the number of machines contributing to landfill, and carbon emissions through producing replacement machines.
Velo was also the first product in the Pacvac range to roll out the new eco-friendly branding, including less plastic packaging in the box, adding a reusable machine bag to protect Velo in transit, and replacing the glossy colorful machine packaging with a more recyclable monochromatic print on cardboard.
The most innovative product by Pacvac, Velo introduces a new generation of cleaning that can be used across both domestic and commercial markets, redefining the very application it was built for and cementing the brand’s position as technological leaders in the cleaning industry.
