WHAT’S NEW? WELLBEING EVENT HELD FOR
LINCOLNSHIRE CARE ASSISTANTS A wellbeing event has recently been hosted by home care provider Bluebird Care Lincolnshire to celebrate the efforts of their team.
Around 30 team members and their families from the leading home care provider, who is rated ‘Good’ by the Care Quality Commission, came together to enjoy the wellbeing event.
Led by Directors at Bluebird Care Lincolnshire, John and Victoria Webber, and Wellbeing and Engagement Officer, Michael Bryce, the session aimed to give back to their team and celebrate their incredible efforts over the last year.
Bluebird Care Lincolnshire provide high-quality care to customers across the county. Helping older people and other vulnerable adults to live independent lives in the comfort and safety of their own homes, they play a vital role in the community. Working alongside their customers’ families, social services, and the NHS, they ensure each customer receives the care they need, from 30- minute daily visits, to 24/7 live-in care.
The wellbeing event began with a series of talks, the first of which came from award-winning motivational speaker Steve Judge who provided an inspiring session on how individuals and teams can take the journey from 'Good to GOLD', both personally and professionally, and was warmly received by all in attendance.

Of the four protective barriers, the first is Zip’s MicroPurity filtration. The 0.2 micron, carbon-free filter reduces cysts by 99.99%, while also ensuring that existing protective levels of chlorine remain in the water supply.
