Cloud-based Attendance and Location Management portal EveryOneCloud has recorded over 2m ‘clockings’ in the 18 months since its launch.


Developed by workforce management specialists HFX, EveryOneCloud provides cleaning contractors of all sizes with the convenience to track employee attendance, presence and location in real-time, for a low-cost monthly fee.


The system supports over 100 devices including biometric hand readers, face recognition, fingerprint as well as traditional card/proximity-based devices, mobile apps and telephony, allowing the system to be tailored to every workplace environment and working practice.

Robert Scott One of the UK’s leading cleaning product manufacturers and distributors, Robert Scott, has launched a new range of sector-focused product catalogues.


Designed to assist customers with a carefully selected range of its most suitable products for each sector’s janitorial needs, the three catalogues available cover care homes, hotel, restaurant and catering (HoReCa), and rental linens.

Minster Cleaning Services has been shortlisted for the Franchisor of the Year Award at the BFA HSBC Franchise Awards, to be held at the Vox, Birmingham, on 27 June 2019.


The Awards evening is the flagship event in the franchising calendar and getting a nomination in itself is a major achievement, proving the business works ethically and in the best interests of franchisees and staff, fighting off many other companies vying for the accolade.


Pip Wilkins, CEO of the British Franchising Association, congratulated the cleaning service, and said: “Minster Cleaning Services showed how it has really gone above and beyond for its network, which is one of the fundamental reasons why it got nominated.”

Each catalogue addresses the cleaning challenges of each sector and provides insight on new innovations and materials that are more effective than traditional cleaning products, along with product recommendations, sustainable alternatives, and a range of cleaning tips and techniques.
