The real paper & dispenser circular system
For 15 years, EcoNatural has been synonymous with sustainable innovation. This project, born from advanced technology, transforms what is no longer needed into a resource, recycling all the components of beverage cartons through a unique production process in the sector.
Beverage cartons are an essential part of our daily lives. They are composed of cellulose fibers, polyethylene, and aluminum, and if correctly sorted, can be recycled through a specific process.
Thanks to Lucart's unique technology, the cellulose fibers are used to produce Fiberpack®, the raw material from which the complete range of toilet paper, towels, handkerchiefs, napkins, and reels in the EcoNatural range is
made.The compound of polyethylene and aluminum, on the other hand, is used to produce
Al.Pe®, which is then utilized to manufacture dispensing solutions, making EcoNatural the only system able to offer a complete paper and dispenser solution made entirely from recycled beverage cartons.
EcoNatural can proudly be recognized as a virtuous system that reduces the burden of waste on the environment and has enabled Lucart to become a true benchmark for the circular economy in Europe.
Tangible, measurable, certified
EcoNatural also guarantees a tangible and measurable ecological solution: considering the tons of Fiberpack® paper produced, Lucart has contributed to the recovery of over 10.7 billion one-liter beverage cartons in the last ten years.
EcoNatural products are circular, sustainable, and environmentally friendly thanks to their multiple
certifications: all products in the range are certified EU Ecolabel, FSC® Recycled, and for products manufactured at the Laval-sur-Vologne site, Cradle to Cradle® Silver. Furthermore, all EcoNatural toilet papers and towels produced at the Laval-sur-Vologne and Diecimo facilities have achieved Climate Neutrality according to the PAS 2060 standard, meaning that all greenhouse gas emissions generated throughout the product's life cycle have been reduced and offset to reach a net-zero value.
However, Lucart's journey towards tangible and comprehensive sustainability does not stop with the product itself: wherever possible, standard packaging has also been replaced with recycled and compostable paper packaging or recycled plastic.
New EcoNatural flow dispensers
Lucart Professional continues its path of innovation and presents EcoNatural FLOW, a unique, new range of dispensers in the EcoNatural line, made from polyethylene and aluminum from recycled beverage cartons. This range features an exclusive and patented design with sinuous and elegant lines. The collection includes dispensers for autocut towels, center pull toilet paper, folded towels, jumbo toilet paper, and interfolded toilet paper, all available in black and in white. All FLOW dispensers are ReMade in Italy and OK Recycled certified, and they are fully recyclable.
