Flooring products for the master tradesman
help to provide straightforward flooring solutions to professional builders. The range of products from Setcrete were created as a result of research undertaken by F. Ball & Co. With this in mind, the Setcrete range has been developed utilising the latest cement technology, combined with unrivalled expertise from within the contract flooring industry, providing tradesmen with modern, fast-track solutions to common

Case study Setcrete Deep Base floor levelling compound has recently been used to provide a lasting, level surface for changing rooms and exercise areas at the first Mega Gym complex in Dudley, West Midlands, following the removal of an old ceramic floorcovering in which contractors, Hanson Building Contractors Ltd., discovered the floor was full of potholes and indentations and in need of levelling, repairing and re-surfacing.
When cleaned and prepared, an epoxy resin waterproof surface membrane was installed over the concrete base, providing an efficient and effective means of suppressing moisture. Due to the poor state of the existing subfloor surface, Setcrete’s high performance Deep Base levelling compound was used to smooth and repair the 1,100m² floor in the converted car showroom and
