32 SARS-CoV-2 Optimised Precipitation Reagent and Enrichment Kits for Isolating Virus Particles


The Invitrogen Intact Virus Precipitation Reagent and Dynabeads Intact Virus Enrichment Kits* are optimised to isolate intact SARS-CoV-2 virus particles such as infectious virus, inactivated virus or virus like particles (VLPs). While virus cultures are often required to obtain suffi cient virus yield, long isolation times can slow down sample analysis. Thermo Fisher’s Intact Virus Precipitation Reagent purifi es intact SARS-CoV-2 virus from large, dilute samples in only three steps and in less than three hours, while the Dynabeads Intact Virus Enrichment Kits automate virus sample purifi cation for high-throughput enrichment in less than 20 minutes.


The Dynabeads Intact Virus Enrichment Kits can be used in combination with any of the Kingfi sher family of instruments.

ranges from 0 to 100 % RH and from -40°C to 125°C with accuracies of ±1.8% RH and ±0.2°C. With the extended supply voltage range from 1.08 V to 3.6 V and 400 nA average current, the SHT40 is perfectly suited for mobile and battery-driven applications. The exceptionally small size in a robust DFN housing enables integration into challenging designs while meeting the highest reliability demands, as demonstrated by the JEDEC JESD47 qualifi cation.


In 2021, the high-accuracy versions SHT41 and SHT45 will be available.
