New Lab Water System Provides the Best Water Quality for all Critical Applications
Evoqua Water Technologies offer a full range of central water systems, ultrapure water systems and reverse osmosis systems to meet your water treatment needs.
Standard purification procedures as well as advanced state-of-art Technologies such as electro deionisation (EDI) ensures the highest water quality for the most demanding applications.
Since April, Evoqua Water Technologies GmbH in Barsbüttel, Germany, has launched a new Lab Water system which offers the best possible water quality for all critical applications. The Ultra Clear™ TP offers a maximum ease of use via its self-regulating features. The intelligent power supply reacts on the actual product water flow rate. The Ultra Clear™ TP communicates about all its individual components, whereby all parameters are displayed on a 7” high resolution touch screen. With the dual outlet it allows simultaneous water usage via a 2nd adjustable dispenser (either left or right). The unit operates at a low-noise level which allows the users to continue working next to the installed unit.
The Ultra Clear™ TP bench top/wall mounting systems are designed to maximise space saving installations. Each system is equipped with economical state-of-the-art purification technology. Water quality with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩcm and a TOC level between 1-3 ppb far exceeds all reagent water quality standards including: ASTM Type 1, CLSI and ISO 3696 Type 1.
All systems that include UV oxidisation, TOC monitoring (TM) and ultrafiltration produce the highest possible water quality. These units deliver RNase-, DNase- and DNA-free water. Systems are also capable of producing purified water with endotoxin levels of < 0.001 EU/ml.
The dispense flow rate of ultrapure water is up to 2 l/min. The high resolution display indicates the water conductivity in µS/cm or resistivity in MΩcm with the corresponding water temperature.
Cartridge changes are very simple and fast due to quick and easy access to the replacement parts.
A single UV bulb is used for the oxidisation of organic compounds and TOC measurement.
A built-in automatic self-cleaning/sanitisation mechanism extends the life of the ultrafiltration module. Pure water dispensing is made easy by simply activating the valve lever. A continuous flow of pure water is achieved by simply placing the draw-off lever in an upright position.
