Giacom distributes Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Service Giacom has signed an agreement with


Gamma, a leading unified communi- cations provider, to become the first Authorised Distribution Partner for its Microsoft Teams Direct Routing Ser- vice. Giacom’s customers, one of the largest communities of Managed Ser- vices Providers and IT Businesses in the UK, have already supported tens of thousands of SMB businesses through the rapid adoption of Microsoft Teams throughout the remote working revolu- tion. Microsoft Teams saw one of the biggest surges in usage over the pan- demic and is now being used by more than 75 million people each day.


Now they can take that support even further, with the introduction of Di- rect Routing from Gamma.
