Feedback provider builds pharmacy buzz

Encore supports eco-friendly grant

Recruiter Encore Personnel’s specialist energy division is equipping its clients with the right workers to support the Government’s new Green Homes Grant Scheme. The £2bn scheme is part of the Government’s support package to ensure

the economy bounces back from the Covid-19 pandemic, promising to create thousands of green energy jobs across the UK. It is estimated the scheme will support 140,000 green energy jobs, make

650,000 homes more energy-efficient, help save households money on bills and lower the UK’s carbon emissions by more than half a megatonne per year. Encore’s energy division sales and operations manager Will Vigars

(pictured) said the scheme presented an excellent opportunity for the business to support not only its clients working in green-energy associated sectors but also the growing number of tradespeople who may have been affected by the unemployment fallout from the pandemic. Will said: “The scheme promises to be extremely popular all over the

country, which means businesses working in energy efficiency industries need to be fully prepared for an increase in work.”

Customers at branches run by one of the UK's largest independent pharmacy groups will be able to leave feedback using devices installed by Leicestershire-based We Love Surveys. The company, which has its

office at Loughborough University's Enterprise and Science Park, has agreed a new partnership with Avicenna. The deal saw We Love Surveys install one of its Buzz Box feedback devices in each of Avicenna’s 43 retail pharmacies, enabling the company to gain instant insights and reports. The Buzz Boxes, which are now a

feature of more than 350 UK pharmacies, have proved to be an immediate hit for Avicenna. We Love Surveys CEO Helen

Dargie said: “Avicenna had an extremely successful launch which saw it collect almost 5,000 responses in the first six weeks across its 43 branches. “We are so proud to be partnering with Avicenna across the UK. The company’s passion for delivering excellent service to customers, even during challenging times, has been really impressive.

“To launch a solution which

collects feedback every day shows Avicenna’s care and commitment to serving its communities, and pharmacy managers now have the ability to develop services based on locally-driven feedback.”
