PATRONS Connect 4 Group joins as patron

Connect 4 Group, which offers a one-stop-shop for business concierge services, has joined the Chamber as a patron. The Leicester-based company

provides a wide range of telecommunication products and services for businesses across the UK, specialising in services such as voice and data, security, digital, finance, engineering and energy markets. It has joined forces with the Chamber to connect with the organisation’s 4,000-plus members as it gears up for expansion.

‘We are proud to be joining East Midlands Chamber as a patron and look forward to connecting with our fellow members’

CEO Bobby Singh said: “Our

reputation for delivering successful results-based outcomes lies in our passion for creating long-term, profitable relationships with our clients and putting people before profit. “The international organisations

we collaborate with through our partner network share our appetite for entrepreneurship and delivering innovative solutions for their own clients from across all sectors. “We are proud to be joining East Midlands Chamber as a patron and look forward to connecting with our fellow members.” Bobby started the company with

operations director Sukh Mulley in 2017 as Voice and Data, before being joined by Happy Singh after CEO Bobby identified an opportunity to expand and “create something never seen before in business”. Connect 4 Group, as it eventually

became known, now delivers experience-based expertise to

businesses so they can build sustainable and profitable growth. The firm, which has 15

employees, offers a range of integrated services that combine

business consultancy, support and management with technical solutions delivered with high levels of personal customer service. Bobby says the company has a

passion for innovation from within, as demonstrated by one of its subsidiaries, Connect 4 Engineering, which has designed the TK-1 e-bike upgrade kit, which has a patent registered with the UK Intellectual Property Office. The plug-and-ride device enables

existing bicycles to be turned into electric bicycles with a battery range of up to 100 miles and speeds of up to 15.5mph. Bobby said: “The idea behind the

environmentally-friendly TK-1 device is to offer an alternative mode of transport for businesses and the general population, which not only encourages a more active society but also reduces carbon emissions in towns and cities across the world. “We have developed an

innovative recycling solution for the many bicycles that are discarded or scrapped every year to achieve globally our sustainable development goals of transportation.” Last month, Leicester’s deputy

city mayor Councillor Adam Clarke was given a chance to trial the TK-1 kit in a bike ride around the city centre. As part of its wider aim to be a

socially responsible business, Connect 4 Group sponsors the Leicester City FC and Leicester City Community Trust’s Street Soccer Academy, which supports the city’s vulnerable young adults and homeless community through the power of football. It also holds a seat on the board

of trustees at Voluntary Action LeicesterShire and the Leicestershire and Rutland charity Coping with Cancer. Scott Knowles, chief executive of

the Chamber, added: “Leicestershire is a hotbed of innovation and it’s great to see another example of this in the TK-1 technology developed by Connect 4 Group.”
