Redwood Credit Union Hosts Free Webcast on Self-Care and Stress Management
Santa Rosa, CA. ~ On Thursday, June 11, Redwood Credit Union (RCU) hosted a free, 60-minute web- cast titled “Self- Care and Stress Management: Tools and Best Practices for Cop- ing with COVID-19 and Beyond.” Originally shared as one of the ben- efits RCU offers its Members, positive feedback spurred the organization to make the resource available community- wide and it can now be viewed on RCU’s You- Tube channel. The webcast was pre- sented by Mary O’Neill,
a licensed psychothera- pist and expert on help- ing people cope with stress. RCU’s President
