Sometimes, advice on when, where, how much you should move seems overwhelming. Swim or the gym? A class or alone? Outside or in? The truth is, we all need to move; our fantastic bodies are designed that way! Many people suffer with pain from a lack of movement, or lack of quality movement.


Our classes are aimed at helping people feel better when moving, not just in class but in the whole of their life. Walking up the stairs, walking or running on the fells, cleaning the house, sitting at work, looking after your children becomes easier when your body is working to optimum performance.


We offer small friendly Pilates-based exercise classes focused on building strength, improving mobility and flexibility. Everyone’s body is different, with attentive teaching and attention on yourself in one precious hour a week, you can learn about your body, improve movement quality, leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.
