JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2020 COCKERMOUTH POST Your Free Magazine, delivered to Cockermouth, Keswick and surrounding Villages FIRST BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!

Paddle School launched their weekly preschool playgroup in January 2019. Friday morning is a special time in the preschool weekly timetable. It’s an excuse for fun, games, a singsong and a piece of homemade cake!

During the past year, the playgroup has welcomed babies and toddlers from over seventy families.

They are excited to start the new decade with a first birthday celebration.

COCKERMOUTH TRAVEL DONATE TO LOCAL CHARITIES

Each year, Paul Cusack and his Team at Cockermouth Travel, hold a series of Client Travel evenings.

A charge of £2.50 per person is made to attend and at the end of the year, Paul then matches the total figure collected and donates it to his chosen charities.

The 2019 recipients were NSPCC and Help for Heroes, both receiving £563.00.
