NEW YEAR, NEW DECADE


Here we are again on the cusp of a new decade. Last time this happened, at the turn of 2010, Higham had only been ‘newly independent’ for three years. We have continued to pay our dues for 13 years and are now even managing to make significant premises improvements, all under our own steam.


This of course, is due to the wonderful support given us by our Course-goers, many of whom live in the local area and come to share learning experiences with people from further afield. It is a joy to offer our wide variety of courses. For many, Higham is like a home from home - and we are happy for it to be just that.


Higham today, is proof that residential Lifelong Learning CAN work, if allowed the chance and the time to do so. All income is ploughed back into Higham and we face the ‘roaring twenties’ with confidence and a certain sense of achievement.
