“Hello, my name is
Sophie. I am a four year old Boxer X. I am looking for a new energetic home that will have the time to keep my
training up to speed. I am very good with the
basic commands like sit, stay and leave. The staff here tell me I need to work on my recall, but how can a girl do that when there are so many nice smells that take me off in different directions? I like to meet new friends, so my socialisation with other dogs is very good. I am meeting the other dogs that stay here and they are all very friendly towards me. I might be an energetic girl who loves a good run on a big fi eld or go for a walk, but I also love cuddles and quiet time.”
With Christmas approaching we are still getting many dogs into our sanctuary, so will need plenty of food. As always we will be out and about with our collecting tins, so please look out for our yellow tops. We also have our calendars on sale in our shops and from the offi ce. At £5 each they make a perfect Christmas present. Christmas cards featuring our own dogs are also available at £2 a pack.
