operations and team building, Cliff has spent his entire career working with a continuous improvement philosophy that satisfies the customer by delivering a quality part, on-time, at a competitive price.
Cliff has worked in the
manufacturing arena for 35+ years and 29 of those years in the Precision Investment Casting Industry. Prior to joining the SeaCast team, he was the CEO and President of CDM Tool & Manufacturing, a precision plastic mold producer. Before joining the CDM, he was the Vice
President and Co-Owner of Wisconsin Precision Casting Corp. for 19 years. Prior to Wisconsin Precision Casting, he helped to grow Signicast Corporation as a project engineer, plant manager and vice president of manufacturing. Cliff holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University, where he also played basketball. Cliff also has been on the Investment Casting Institute’s Board of Directors for 25 years (including terms as a Vice President, President and Past-President) and has served on many of the institute’s committees over the years. Outside of work, Cliff loves to
SCUBA dive around the world, snow ski, boat, hike and bicycle with his wife and 5 children.
