Autonomous
Engineering, robust investment casting process parameters and optimized casting layouts can be established by simulating the entire process window immediately, not just one process point, as traditional simulation tools do – this is what makes MAGMA®
different. MAGMASOFT®
Autonomous Engineering with can be used to pursue
multiple quality and cost objectives simultaneously.
Our educational
department MAGMA academy provides broad casting process knowledge and tangible hands-on instructions to integrate MAGMASOFT®
into your foundry. The MAGMASOFT® investment
casting module is designed to consider the specific conditions of the entire
investment casting process (including a comprehensive and fast radiation model) to predict defects created during the filling, solidification and cooling process. Residual stresses and distortion prediction
