Eagle Engineered Solutions Announces Distribution Agreement with GC Reclaiming
Eagle Engineered Solutions (Medina, Ohio) is pleased to announce an exclusive, long term distribution agreement with GC Reclaiming (Canton, Ohio). With this agreement, Eagle will provide the metal casting industries and specifically the investment casting and alloy manufacturing segments with the largest, commercially available casting cleaning and core leaching services in the world. With experience in superalloy single crystal, directionally solidified and equiaxed casting core removal with LBBC Autoclave and now with open bath, KOH capabilities, foundries can confidently work with Eagle for a variety of post-cast services without sending casting to competitors for overflow or missing capacity. “We’ve worked

have worked diligently to put a good business structure around growing this business and expanding post cast services. Casting cleaning for revert/ reclaiming
of autoclave high value, systems, superalloy
castings, ceramic core removal with potassium hydroxide (KOH) open tank and
casting cut-
off services, shot, sand and water blast cleaning are highly sought-after services at a facility that is not associated with a foundry.
Eagle can be contacted for
sales and project management of these services as a single source, point of contact to quote, purchase and handle logistics for these services.

“This agreement with GCR opens
the door to all IC foundries to out-source one area of the foundry that is very expensive, understaffed and difficult to manage. We are cutting lead times in half for our current customers that either do it in house or send out to another service that’s not 100% dedicated to the IC Industry. This allows them to get castings out the door quicker”, stated Eric Rodriguez, VP of Sales & Marketing of Eagle.
GCR, owned by Cynthia and Greg Bauman, will continue to provide reclaiming services to existing customers under this agreement.
