System software has been designed to supervise the shell manufacturing process in fully automated shell rooms. The system runs on a Windows-based touch screen PC specially designed to control and supervise the process automation and maintain computerised records of individual shell patterns. It features an integrated shell report generator, full data logging, productivity
reports, system reports and material usage
analysis ensuring the operator is informed and data captured at every step of the process. Since the software is developed inhouse, every aspect of its features can be customised to specific requirements. Our advanced shell room equipment product range includes load/unload stations, conveyor systems, air management, environmental systems, high specification robots, slurry tanks, high shear mixers, sanders, fluidised beds,
