Property developer supports Hospice in the Weald’s fl agship fundraiser
Property developer Dandara will co- sponsor the 2019 Hospice Run, which raises vital funds for the respected local charity. Set to take place in Tunbridge Wells on Sunday 22nd September, this year’s event will see the introduction of a new 5km route alongside the established 10km run which, it is hoped, will encourage wider participation. Around 1,000 runners are expected to take part and will set off from the event village at the Lower Cricket Ground in Tunbridge Wells, which is just a short walk from the site of Dandara’s 1887 The Pantiles development, a collection of luxury apartments and mews homes that will revitalise one of Tunbridge Wells’ best-known tourist attractions.
1887 The Pantiles has generated
a great deal of interest amongst local residents and is expected to further enhance Dandara’s reputation, building upon the enduring success of its Knights Wood development. Knights Wood is a unique collection
of two-bedroom apartments and two, three, four and fi ve-bedroom family homes, priced from £275,000, with houses available from £360,000. Visit

Get set for a September move-in
Buyers looking for a new house in time for autumn have a limited window of opportunity to buy, exchange and move in before the end of September*. Regalpoint Homes is offering the opportunity at its Offham development, near West Malling, where only the Paddock View property remains for sale – a new four- bedroom family home that is being expertly converted from a former stable block. Although September is not the start of a new calendar year, it marks a fresh start for many and is often an unwritten deadline for many buyers. Tony Porter, MD of Regalpoint Homes, comments: “The beauty
of a new home is there is no chain above and this undoubtedly can shave time off the exchange and completion process, making a move date in September totally plausible.” Paddock View completes a pair of detached homes built within a Grade II listed Old Rectory on the rural fringe of Offham, and enjoys glorious Kent countryside all around. • Visit
