sports River City Lacrosse 2-1-2
Ages 9-15
Welcome to our 2-1-2 program! This program is designed for every new or developing player with one year or less experience. Players are divided by age and gender.
This is a mandatory program for the new player who wants to play with RCL recreation or travel teams. This is the perfect program for the developing player. We understand the challenges behind learning the fundamentals of lacrosse. We designed a unique solution to help our newer players become intermediate/advanced in their lacrosse skills, making the team experience MUCH more enjoyable!
The structure behind the 2-1-2 program involves lacrosse training for 2 hours a day, 1 day a week, over a span of 2 months. An opportunity that will truly get your lacrosse abilities to the level of confidence when participating in our recreation or travel teams! The participants will only be responsible for bringing a mouth guard and cleats (bringing your own equipment is welcomed too).
Rental equipment included. Lacrosse stick suggested but not required. US Lacrosse membership is not required.
