You and your dog will learn the basic obedience commands (heel, sit, stay, come, down and down stay) but the class is so much more than that. You’ll learn tips and tricks on everyday interaction that will make your dog a joy to be around 24/7. Make your best friend even better! The class is nine weeks long, and there is an optional doggie social after every class starting on week 2! The first night of class is humans only, no dogs. Current vaccinations are required for participation.

If you’ve been interested in agility but are not sure if your dog will take to it, this is the class for you! This six-week class will cover a selection of obstacles and move at a slow pace for those just starting out in agility. This class is for those who just want to test the water, have a fun way to exercise your dog, are not interested in completion, or for those who are looking for agility foundation work.

BARK PARK


West Main Community Park is home to the Bark Park, a three acre, fenced in space


for your four-legged friend to run off leash. It is located at 40W101 W. Main Street. A small pavilion and agility equipment pieces are located within the boundaries of the Bark Park, and a swimming pond is just west of the park. Dogs can be off-leash within the Bark Park and while swimming, but they must be leashed throughout the rest of West Main. No permit is required to enter the Bark Park, which is open year-round.
