ummer solstice officially kicks us into summer. Now that day- light is stretching in to the evening, we have more time to see homes at their brightest. With more daylight filling the days, everyone feels more energized, and less stressed.

Home values have been spiking in almost every cor- ner of the county. The steady economic pressure that was pushing interest rates up last summer, has taken a reprieve for now.
