This class is suitable for the less athletic who desire to be stronger, fitter, have more flexibility and balance. Learn to breath correctly and make the mind calmer, increase mindfulness and pave the way to a positive approach to life. Each stage of life should be celebrated! Osteoporosis is a serious disease, which can lead to bone fractures, due to low bone density. Learn to do yoga safely through “evidence-based” science. Strengthen bones without endangering joints. A must for women with low bone density. Learn how to be safe during yoga practice even if you do not have osteoporosis. Bonus: pay only $18 for this class if you are enrolled in another yoga program this season. That’s how much we want you to learn how to move safely with low bone density!
