Do you want to get your flexibility back? This class will make use of floor, barre, stretch bands, door bands, and wall stretches. Come to meet new friends and have fun stretching. Challenge and treat yourself! This is a no judgment class. No shoes required-only a good attitude and willingness to feel silly to gain flexibility. Don’t miss out! No previous experience necessary.

This class will be full of spunky fun! It’s a jazz oriented class with choreography and themes from popular musicals. Dancers will be encouraged to be as theatrical as they desire while combining acting and dance. Students will learn basic staging along with basic jazz and some ballet dance elements. Dancers for this class should wear jazz shoes.

Ages 10+
This class will be very expressive with elements of modern, jazz, lyrical, and ballet while striving to connect the mind and body through fluid dance movements. Jazz shoes or ballet shoes can be worn for this class while at times we will be dancing barefoot. Contemporary entails some fun floor work and dancers will learn some basic partner skills and lifts!

LM Parents’ Day
With your child’s best interest in mind, we ask that parents and friends do not remain in the classroom or gym during class time. We ask our instructors to enforce this policy so that your child may devote his/her attention to the class without any outside interruptions. This policy is for safety as well as learning experiences. Children outside of the classroom should have adult supervision at all times. Parents’ Day is scheduled for each session. Notes will be sent home and we encourage you to attend on Parents’ Day.

This is a fun and exciting class that explores Jazz and Hip Hop styles of dance. Dancers will learn technique and terminology on a beginning to intermediate level. Dance attire, hair in ponytail or bun and jazz shoes required. No street clothes.

Ages 4-6
Students study the beautiful art of ballet in a fun, yet professional environment. Through movement and terminology, students learn grace, improve coordination and flexibility and develop confidence. Ballet 1 is for children new to dance through beginners. Leotard, tights, hair in a pony tail or bun, and leather ballet shoes with ties cut off are required.
